"Cà del Fermo" is an independent chalet dating back to the 30s of the 20th century and fully renovated in 2015. It is located in Perledo, 20 minutes by car from Bellano and 900 meters high along the Scenic Route 65, in an enviable position surrounded by forests and meadows. It is a reference point for walks or mountain biking for nature and tranquility lovers, 10 minutes from the Cainallo location, starting point for ascents on the Northern Grigna. In 15 minutes it is possible to reach the mountain village of Esino Lario, where all the main services are located, or to descend towards the lake and the Valsassina.

The chalet consists of a cozy living area, a living kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms on the upper floor, for a total of six beds. Outside, there is a large table and three large panoramic terraces, as well as a specially equipped room for barbecues for grilling and family or friend meals.
